Hotel Zuiderduin
Hotel Zuiderduin is located just 100 metres from the beach and offers 365 rooms and 33 business areas. The halls, ranging from 30 m2 to 1,000 m2, are suitable for congresses, events, meetings, training sessions and parties, among others. The hotel has a restaurant, brasserie, pub, swimming pool and wellness. You are also in the right spot for active entertainment; the hotel offers a gym, squash court, bicycle rental and the eight-lane Lucky Strike Bowling.

By Road
From Amsterdam via the A9 Follow the direction Alkmaar and take the exit Heiloo / Den Helder. At the roundabout, also follow the signs Heiloo / Den Helder. You are now on the N9 (ring road Alkmaar). At the third traffic light (near Sportpaleis Alkmaar), turn left, direction Egmond. From this road (N512), follow the signs for Egmond aan Zee. At the traffic light, when entering Egmond aan Zee, turn left. Then follow the priority road to the left and the signs "Hotel Zuiderduin". You will then see the hotel on your right.
From Amsterdam via the A10 Follow the direction A10 in the direction of Zaandam. Take the exit A8 towards Zaanstad and then continue on the N8 towards Krommenie, Uitgeest, and Castricum. From Castricum, follow the signs Egmond aan Zee. At the traffic light, when entering Egmond aan Zee, turn left. Then follow the priority road to the left and the signs "Hotel Zuiderduin". You will then see the hotel on your right.
From Den Helder via the N9 Follow the N9 towards Alkmaar. At Sportpaleis Alkmaar, take the exit to Egmond. From this road (N512), follow the signs for Egmond aan Zee. At the traffic light, when entering Egmond aan Zee, turn left. Then follow the priority road to the left and the signs "Hotel Zuiderduin". You will then see the hotel on your right.
From Den Oever via A7 Follow the A7 towards Hoorn. Take the exit Middenmeer and continue on the N242 towards Alkmaar. At the roundabout, also follow the signs Heiloo / Den Helder. You are now on the N9 (ring road Alkmaar). At the third traffic light (near Sportpaleis Alkmaar), turn left, direction Egmond. From this road (N512), follow the signs for Egmond aan Zee. At the traffic light, when entering Egmond aan Zee, turn left. Then follow the priority road to the left and the signs "Hotel Zuiderduin". You will then see the hotel on your right.
You can park for free on our parking deck or in the parking garage, subject to availability.
Charging and parking electric car: Hotel Zuiderduin has 3 charging stations, there are also 2 public charging stations near the hotel. The reception staff will be happy to inform you about the options for charging your electric car. Important: by order of the fire brigade, parking electric cars in our garage is not allowed. You can park your electric car on our parking deck.
