Please note that registration in combination with abstract submission (for oral or poster) closes at January 15 (2026).

Registration (without abstract submission) is open till April 30 (2026).

Note: You can register now and submit an abstract later. The confirmation email you receive after completing the form contains a link to open the form with your own information. You can then change your answer to the question "I want to submit an abstract," complete the follow-up questions, and resubmit the form.

The fee includes

• Welcome Reception

• Coffee/Tea all days

• Lunches on Tuesday - Friday

• Dinner on Monday and Tuesday

• Gala dinner and Party on Thursday

Cancellation policy

In the unfortunate case you have to cancel your registration, please make use of the cancellation functionality embedded within the ESN2026 registration program.

In case of cancellation the following policies apply:

Cancellation till (and including) January 15 (2026): almost full refund of registration fees (full sum minus Euro 50 administration costs)

Cancellation between January 16 and March 15 (2026): 75% refund of registration fees

Cancellation between March 16 and April 30 (2026): 50% refund of registration fees

Cancellation after April 30: no refunding of registration fees
